Daniele Marranca (1975): is a Sicily-born artist, graphic designer and artistic director with over 20 years of experience in European transdisciplinary cultural projects combining visual arts, performance, research-creation and participatory practices across France, Italy and wider European contexts. Since 2003, he has worked as a freelance visual communication professional (visual identity, publishing, web/UI, naming) for public and private stakeholders; between 2008 and 2014 he founded and led a communication company, overseeing strategy and creative direction. Since 2011, he has been Project Coordinator at CADMIUM compagnie, developing research-creation pathways and producing performative works presented in theatres, festivals and art spaces. His work connects symbolic analysis, storytelling and intangible cultural heritage, with a specific focus on rituals and carnival traditions. He has solid experience designing and facilitating inclusive workshops with citizens, local associations and vulnerable groups, as well as developing documentation systems, archives and digital dissemination tools. He is the Artistic and Research-Creation Coordinator of the European project Carnoval, contributing to methods, guidelines and international collaborative processes.
Between 2001 and 2002, he carried out civic service and volunteering in Palermo with a Caritas reception centre for young non-EU migrants, the protected residential care community “La Casa del Sole”, and the Mission run by the Sisters of Mother Teresa of Calcutta. In 2002, he joined a humanitarian mission in Mikke (Ethiopia), carving a stone Madonna and Child for the mission and leading arts-based activities with children and young people. In 2012, he took part in the youth movement “I Cantieri che Vogliamo” supporting the revitalisation of Cantieri Culturali alla Zisa (Palermo). From 2011 to 2018, he was part of Hub Siracusa (later The Hub Sicilia / Impact Hub Sicily), engaging in a social-innovation and social-entrepreneurship community.
Irénée Blin (1982): is a dancer and choreographer born in Paris, a Laban Movement Notator and a specialist in Functional Analysis of the Body in Danced Movement (AFCMD). She is trained in classical and contemporary dance, as well as in baroque dance and music (violin, piano and classical singing). She was awarded a First Prize in Contemporary Dance from the Regional Conservatory of Boulogne-Billancourt before joining the MODEM advanced training programme of the Zappalà Danza Company in Catania, Italy. At the same time, she pursued university studies in literature and language sciences, leading to the completion of a Master II (Research) degree at Paris-Sorbonne University.
A choreographer since 2005, she has developed an artistic practice at the intersection of dance, music and theatre, with a particular interest in the dialogue between dance and voice. She holds a second-cycle diploma in Laban Kinetography from the Paris National Conservatory of Music and Dance and is a certified AFCMD specialist—tools that are central to her artistic and pedagogical practice.
As an educator, she teaches anatomy–physiology, AFCMD and movement notation in numerous conservatories, training centres and universities in France and Italy, working with amateur and professional dancers from the age of 12 in classical, contemporary, jazz and hip-hop dance. She also takes part in projects linking dance and musical learning, notably with children aged 6 to 12 within the Démos orchestras of the Paris Philharmonic, as well as with amateur and professional musicians.
During her university studies, she was actively involved with the Human Rights League (Ligue des Droits de l’Homme). In this context, she contributed to the organisation of numerous national events, public conferences, debates, festivals and other initiatives at the university and in other venues across Paris. She also created and coordinated two legal advice clinics specialising in immigration law, supporting students in difficult situations in Paris.
Since 2002, she has been co-artistic director and producer of the artistic projects developed by CADMIUM compagnie.
Sarah Di Bella (1971): She specializes in the history of the performing arts, with a European university background (Italy–France–Denmark) and the qualification of Maître de conférences (MCF) awarded by the CNU in France. Born in Sicily, she combines academic research—focused on the geographical and temporal migration of expressive forms and figures of the imaginary, and on the role played by collective memory in any creative process—with professional work as a dramaturgical advisor in the performing arts (theatre, dance, performance) and as a facilitator of workshops on interpretive dramaturgies. She collaborates with the DRAC Grand-Est and with various departments on “sensitive territorial studies,” and regularly publishes in journals in France and abroad.
Dario De Filippo (1981): Born in Sicily, he developed a passion for traditional Afro-Cuban percussion at a very young age. From the age of 18, he collaborated with various groups, ranging from jazz to ethno-rock and experimental music, and was a member of Francesco Cusa's sextet "Skrunch" from 2004 to 2008. Nicknamed "O Professore," he was the percussionist for the group Guappecarto' from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, he founded the trio Le Zouave Jacob with Gianni Gebbia and Mauro Gargano, followed by the Collectif La Bohème in 2015 with Bernardo Sandoval and Haris Haka Resic. In 2018, he created the world music project "Aiora" with Clara Ponsot, Pietro Cernuto, Michel Godard, and Ihab Radwan. He taught Afro-Cuban percussion at the Erik Satie Conservatory (Paris 7th arrondissement) and at the I.S.A.A.C. school (Paris 20th arrondissement) from 2009 to 2012, and founded his own school "Conga Actuelle" in 2013. Music therapist at ANFAAS (Catania, Italy) in 2003-2004, at the Dupré Medical and Pedagogical Clinic (Sceaux) from 2009 to 2011, at IMEE La Sitelle in 2019 and at Intersessade 77 in 2020. Social mediator in Montereau-Fault-Yonne for the Carrefour de la Réussite incubator in 2024-2025.
Delphine Riss (1980): She is a highly experienced Territorial Project Coordinator specializing in ecological and social transition. With over 15 years of expertise, she focuses on designing and implementing social utility initiatives across diverse sectors, including culture, health, sustainable food systems, and professional integration.
Since 2019, she has operated as a freelance consultant, supporting businesses and local authorities (notably through ADEME’s Coop'Ter program) in developing economic models based on the Economy of Functionality and Cooperation. She excels at mobilizing complex ecosystems, bringing together public, private, and citizen stakeholders to drive social innovation and cross-sector collaboration.
Holding a Master’s degree in Cultural Policy and Management and a background in International Relations, Delphine combines analytical rigor with a tailor-made approach. Her core strengths lie in strategic steering, partnership animation, and evaluating territorial impact to foster sustainable development.
Lise Girard (2002): Born in Dijon, France, Lise began dancing through breaking and joined the Z-School dance academy. Specialising in Hip Hop, House and Breaking, she trained as a teacher with her mentors Mr Z and Sumih, and with her crew Z-Team took part in numerous choreography competitions and battles, touring stages across France with their show The Get Down.
In 2022, she moved to Paris and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Promotion, Cultural Assets and Event Management at ICART, during which she undertook an internship in administration, management and communication with Carmel Loanga Company.
Graduating from the Passeur Culturel training programme in Hip Hop dance in May 2025, she shares her passion for Hip Hop culture through workshops (support centres for migrants, hospitals, prisons, primary schools, dance schools, etc.) and performs on stage with choreographers such as Qujo, Carmel Loanga, Olivier Le François, Anna Yvray, Philippe Lafeuille and Sophie Courtin.
Quentin "Qujo" Chalono (1997): Born in Carcassonne, France, he is a multidisciplinary hip-hop dancer specialising in hip-hop freestyle and breakdance. A choreographer and founder of the Quadrupède Créatif company—winner of the Visage du Monde Prize in 2025—he also collaborates with the companies Mouvmatik, No MaD, JCM, John Degois and Relief.
He teaches dance in various institutions, including Ascendance Hip Hop, PSPBB and CRR Créteil. Trained in dance pedagogy at the Passeurs Culturels hip-hop dance school and at the Juste Debout school, he continues to develop his personal style through ongoing training, creations with the dancers of his company, and his teaching methods.
Andrea Pacelli (1995): è il presidente di V.A.N. Laureato alla Sapienza in Arti e Scienze dello Spettacolo nel 2023 con 110 e lode con una tesi in Teorie e Tecniche del teatro. Si diploma come attore all’Accademia d’arte del Dramma Antico di Siracusa. Ha partecipato a diverse attività di Erasmus+ e ESC specializzandosi come youth worker e manager culturale. Si forma nel contesto europeo sui partenariati di cooperazione nell’Azione chiave 2 -KA2-, Youthpass Pills, Meeting di formazione e PMM dell’Agenzia della Gioventù sul programma ESC30. È coach di diversi progetti ESC30 in ambito culturale, ed è stato promotore di diversi progetti di partecipazione giovanile come VOTE, per promuovere la partecipazione alle elezioni europee e del progetto STAGE che utilizza il teatro come strumento di partecipazione democratica di cui è coordinatore nazionale. È promotore di progetti nazionali finanziati dal Ministero della Cultura Italiano per la valorizzazione dei luoghi di cultura con l'arte e il teatro come Archia di cui è ideatore e direttore artistico. Con il suo lavoro mette in rete diversi enti per creare comunità locali, nazionali e internazionali.
